The oil tank was in running water and the enzyme was inputting into the oil tank continuously The sample was collected at two time slogs: 1) Between 13:00~13:30 2) Between 18:00~18:30 1st Day dosage method: -1L OP-Bio10 enzyme into 0.99m3 oil tank 2nd Day and onwards dosage method: -800ml OP-Bio10 into 4L water for 4 hours running Water running in the oil tank: -around 1m 3 / hr 500m l of wastewater was drawn out from the oil tank. The mixture was then mixed with the 1:1 HCl until the pH 2 condition is established. Separation with the separating funnel with the 30ml solvent used.
Repeat for 3 times. Use the Na2SO4 to dry the organic layer. Transfer the organic layer into the weighted RB flask. Distillate the solvent out from the mixture.
